Knowing where to collect your parcels and letters can save you a lot of time and unnecessary stress.

The City

If you live in City halls, your post follows a digital system:

• Letters: Delivered directly to reception.
• Parcels: Sent to the Nixon Court Post Lockers or reception.

You'll receive an email once your parcel has been delivered with a unique collection code. Upon collection, enter your code at the locker touchpad.

The Village

If you live in the Oadby Student Village halls, your items will go to the central hub:

• Letters & Parcels: Delivered straight to John Foster's reception.

You'll receive an email with a code (e.g., S123), which you'll need to give to the receptionist to find it. You'll need to bring your ID (student ID or other) to reception to pick it up. Lastly, sign for your parcel to confirm you have retrieved it before leaving.

Amazon Lockers

Don't forget, there is a faster way to collect your online orders with our Amazon Lockers. They're located across both accommodation sites. Just select an on-campus Amazon locker at checkout, and there's no queue or waiting around for it to be processed - easy-peesy!
