We work hard to provide the best possible living experience for you during your time at Leicester.

To help us do this, we need to know what you think, so that we can make the changes you want to see in your accommodation. The survey will take no more than 10 minutes, and it will help shape your future stay - literally from January, as that is when we will see your anonymous feedback and can start formulating a plan of action.

There will be a £50 Amazon voucher up for grabs every week for those who have completed the survey. Could it be you?

What we have done so far with your feedback

Your feedback can really make a difference for yourself and future students on campus, take a look at what we did from the previous IIS feedback to improve your accommodation experience.

We fed through the feedback to our Security team and asked them to do more patrols when possible while balancing their emergency call outs.

We introduced call-in cards that are left by the maintenance and facilities teams after every visit if needed, so you know exactly what has been checked or repaired. Meetings are also held by our staff to help prioritise and resolve your requests more efficiently. 

Have you had a door knock recently? Our residential advisors carry regular door knocks to check in with and inform you about the wellbeing services available on campus. But that's not all, we're also making sure you can easily find what service you need easier on our social media platforms, so make sure to check these too!
