Abbey Park 

Abbey Park is a beautiful green space to relax and wind down with friends. Not only can you enjoy a lovely picnic, but the park also offers tennis courts, a lavender maze and table tennis, perfect to get competitive with your mates after you've devoured your meal deals!

Aylestone Meadows

This park is a beautiful spot to have a picnic. With its riverside and woodland walks, it makes a great place to get outdoors. 

Western Park 

Western Park is one of the largest parks in Leicester that has open grassland, woodlands and meadows. It makes a great day out with its sports courts and skatepark too, so if you're looking for a picnic spot to last all day, this is the place to explore, get your steps in and enjoy some picky bits.

Victoria Park

This beauty is located immediately next to the main campus and offers features of wide open spaces and flowerbeds, which make a relaxing space for those wanting a chill picnic.

Botanical Garden 

Located on campus, the Botanical Garden is a beautiful space to surround yourself with nature (and a sandwich!). You can explore its themed gardens and walking trails whilst enjoying the stunning greenery.
